Permission to Play - Clay and Play Worthshop for Adults

You give out so much love and compassion to other people - time to give some back to YOU! Come to this playful 'worth-shop' where you will create a character of an emotion you are feeling out of tactile clay. Befriend the feels and release the swirls. Take home a unique handmade clay sculpture to display. Emotions are nothing more than ‘energy in motion’ within our bodies and minds. Some are invigorating and nourishing, while others can get stuck and need a helping hand to move along. Give your ‘energy in motion’ somewhere to go and leave with a unique clay sculpture to love!

No special skills are required, we provide all guidance and materials on the day, as well as delicious snacks and drinks.

There will be an invitation at the start of our session to join with some light movement (stretching etc), so wear your comfy creating clothes, and let’s follow what feels good together! If…
