About the event

You are doing a good job at adulting. Give yourself a break. Give yourself permission to PLAY!

Saturday 5th October – Paint and Play Workshop

Fill a canvas with colour as you explore the freedom and flow of abstract painting! Connect with self-compassion and acceptance through the creative process. Leave with a unique abstract painting that the world has never seen before - painted by YOU!!

This is a creative workshop to inspire and revitalise your relationship with your own creativity. We provide guidance, support and structure, so you are able to access flow - and some much needed rest from the stress and mental chaos of your day to day. Explore, create and play! We offer many unconventional tools for you to experiment with as you paint. Toy cars, branches, sponges, and combs. Find out what you can create when you are given permission to play!

DID YOU KNOW?

Expressing your creativity and allowing yourself to play can help you reduce stress, strengthen self-compassion and reconnect with your imagination. All powerful tools for deeper self-understanding, healing and growth. We use our imaginations for so much catastrophising… why not use them for good instead? ✨Give Yourself Permission to Play! 🌈✨ Limited spots - Book yours today! Good tunes, good people and good times await! Professional guidance and all materials provided. Absolute beginners and experienced painters welcome!
