Intuitive Art Workshop

Service Description

We are all fundamentally creative. No matter what social conditioning or judgment it took to unlearn this, we can rediscover and embrace this side of ourselves through the gentle process of Intuitive Art. Through this workshop, you will be safely guided to connect to deep stillness and listening. Reconnect to the still, small voice of your In-Tuition (the teacher inside of you) through abstract patterns and playful experimentation with colour. Workshop includes a grounding meditation to connect to our inner being, and some gentle stretching before we begin. Your teacher will demonstrate techniques for using different tools, and tips on how to produce different patterns. You will be fully supported to be brave, make mess, stay present and step into the unknown. This is an active exploration of self acceptance and process and we fully understand that an environment of calm and safety is imperative to your experience. Relaxing ambient music will set a mood for peaceful flow as you sip herbal tea and play with paint and pattern. All art supplies (including aprons) are provided for you, so all you need to bring is yourself... and maybe some clothes that you dont mind getting paint on! You will finish up with a completed and colourful, abstract artwork to take home, as well as some beautiful new insights into the extraordinary limitlessness of who you really are. Sessions are $40 per person. Please arrive on time for full experience! Private bookings are available at a location of your choice (minimum of 8 people, travel price may apply).
